1. Service and users

Muvee is B2B software for fitness and nutrition professionals and organised practices. It helps manage clients, plans, communications and administrative work; it is not an emergency service, does not make diagnoses and does not replace the professional judgement or duties of its users.

2. Account and responsibility

You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials and give staff and clients only the permissions they need. You are responsible for activity through your account and must tell us promptly about suspected or unauthorised access.

3. Client data

You are the controller of your clients' data and must have a valid legal basis, including an Article 9 GDPR condition for health data. Muvee processes it on your instructions as a processor under the data processing agreement. You must collect only what is necessary, inform data subjects and manage consent and rights requests.

4. Charges and payments

Prices, fees, taxes and credit conditions are shown before purchase or activation. Online payments are processed by Stripe. Accounting documents and transactions remain available under the applicable conditions and statutory retention periods.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful or harmful activity, attempt unauthorised access, bypass security measures, share personal accounts or upload content that infringes another person's rights. You remain responsible for content and professional guidance entered or delivered through the platform.

6. Availability and security

We take reasonable continuity, security and recovery measures. Maintenance, faults and third-party services may nevertheless cause interruptions. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that the law does not allow to be limited or excluded.

7. Suspension and termination

You can close the account using the available procedures. We may suspend or terminate the service for a material breach, security risk or legal obligation, with notice where possible. You can export data before closure; data subject to statutory retention duties remains for the required period.

8. Changes to the Terms

Every published text has a version and date. We notify material changes and require fresh, explicit acceptance before continued use. Evidence of a version already accepted remains stored and is never rewritten.

9. Governing law

For B2B relationships, the law and courts of the place where the operator is established apply unless mandatory rules or a different written agreement provide otherwise. Rights and protections that cannot lawfully be waived always remain unaffected.
